Electrical System: The electrical system includes a Victron 12/3000 VA Multi-Plus charge controller and AC Inverter, Victron battery monitor and Smart Solar charge controllers. Electrical system is controlled and monitored via the mobile “Victron Connect App” installed on a mobile phone. It monitors the status of the electrical components and can be used to control system operation and to adjust settings for optimal function. There are three independent sources of power to charge the battery bank. They include 2-210W solar panels providing 420 Watts of solar input, 30 Amp Shore Power input (30A input) enabling charging from a 15V and 30V input, and a connection to the vehicle’s alternator to enable battery charging while the vehicle engine is “On”. The battery system includes 4-100Ah Battle Born Lithium-ION batteries. Two 210 W solar panels provide up to 420 Watts of solar to charge the lithium batteries. The Victron solar charge controllers manage the solar charging cycle to ensure safe battery charging. The water heater operates on AC power supplied by the Victron Inverter. There are 3 AC plugs in the van. One is used by the water heater, the other two are mounted in the “kitchen” and the passenger space. Portable heaters, fans, or other AC powered devices can utilize these outlets for power.

Kitchen: The kitchen includes counter space for preparing meals and includes a Furrion 3 burner stove and oven that operates on propane. A Dometic refrigerator / freezer provides cold food storage. A kitchen sink provides filtered hot and cold water for food preparation, cleaning up and drinking water.

Bathroom: An indoor shower stall includes cold and hot water service. A Nature’s Head composting toilet is mounted in the shower space.

Water System: a 30-gallon freshwater tank located in the “garage space” and a 12 VDC water pump. Bosch 2.5-gallon Electric Hot Water Heater. 20-gallon grey water tank located underneath the van shower on driver’s side. 7-gallon grey water tank under the kitchen sink inside the van.
