This van has a brand new engine (new complete engine assembly with turbo and injectors) from the Mercedes dealer with less than 6,000 miles on it and I have receipts. It comes with a transferable 50,000 mile warrantee from Mercedes Benz. The van has a total 354k miles on it. Rear differential was rebuilt February 2026, with 12,000 mile transferable warranty (paperwork provided; cost was over $3k)

Kitchen Space:

Full size cabinets and countertops for lots of storage and cooking space, including propane stove top (propane accessed from roof), microwave, mini fridge and working sink with plenty of counter space to prepare home cooked meals. 

Sleeping/Living Area:

I had removed the previous U-Bench and Murphy Bed to create additional storage space. There is currently a platform bed (half of queen mattress) with each half stacked on platform. This allows for lots of extra space to store gear such as hiking/climbing equipment, bikes, inflatable paddle board etc (these were my needs and my interests). You can also remove the second half of mattress and place of floor to create sleeping space for 2. There is a 32” smart TV that is included. * This was intended to be a temporary solution as I had a different plan for the set up that I thought would work better for us, which I will plan to pursue building if it doesn’t sell right away. The current setup also provides flexibility for someone to create the space in a way that works for them.

Bathroom:

Bathroom has toilet and working shower with tiled floor/walls. There is a new tankless water heater to allow for ongoing hot water. 

Electric:

300 watt solar panel and 2 new agm deep cycle house batteries so you have plenty of power including 110 volt

Water Tanks:

Fresh water tank (50 gallons)

Gray Water Tank

Black Water Tank

Heat:

Oil heat furnace, requires power to start but once it is powered on external power can be disconnected and will continue running. 

Extras:

There are covers for the windshield and front windows for privacy when sleeping, as well as Velcro screen door cover. 

Backup camera with Apple Car Play partially installed. You are able to access the video by manually hitting button on screen – can be wired to reverse lights for automatic view. 

I also have a brand new MaxxAir Fan which I was planning to install in roof but did not get to. *Will included depending on final agreed upon price of van*
