Custom Sprinter Conversion Van

I have my 2006 Mercedes Sprinter tiny house conversion for sale, this is a brand new one of a kind conversion from Vansion Van Builds that has never been used and is ready to hit the road. 

 Then Van itself is a 2006 Mercedes Sprinter, purchased from a very reputable T1n specialist in San Diego. It has been extensively gone through and is as close to new as they get, glow plugs, hoses, belt, pulleys, connectors, all fluids, fresh paint, windshield, battery, water pump, ball joint and bearings all those things have been replaced plus brand new leather seats, the vehicle drives like it’s brand new also gets 30MPG and comes with a towing package. 

Vansion Van Builds Conversion: In the interior of the van I have personally converted it into the perfect off grid tiny house/weekend warrior vacation van. It is entirely built from Pine lumber that was burned to different degrees to give the van a truly unique look and feel, real mosaic tiles where used on the walls for professional and ever lasting design wrapped together with beautiful fabrics giving the van a true one of kind super warm design. Absolutely no corners were cut when building this van. 

What makes it a house: 100amh lithium battery, 320 watts of solar, 30amp Victron solar charge controller. 18amp Victron DC+DC alternator charger (Charges while driving). Victron 800 watt Invterter, Victron 100amp Battery shunt (monitors battery level). All of these devices are controlled from one App. 20 gallon water tank, 6 gallon Kuuma engine coolant hot water heater (best you can get). Water pump with pressure tank, 17”x10” deep farm style sink, outdoor water attachments. Full dimensions bed, dimmable led lights, brand new diesel heater. One of a kind bench that doubles into a dining table for two within seconds, with plenty of space and storage, custom made cushions from Native American fabric with outlets and phone chargers built in! 48 quart DC Wolfbox fridge/freezer that is always running, (keep ice cream frozen in the summer). Custom cut massive butcher block counter top, storage directly underneath it for a propane or electric cooktop. This van has over 500 hours into it with 100 hours going to the finish work alone, I have driven the van 1000 miles personally and it is a dream to drive, tons of Diesel power with 30mpg while fully loaded with water and gear.
