Currently has sat most of this past year and I have it at the mechanic making sure everything is sound and no service engine light is on. May need new fuel pump and if so I will get that fixed before sold. Very solid base and engine and can be upgraded more as you, like more solar and a fridge maybe a larger water tank. Plenty  Has no gray water tank it just goes straight out for the sink. Maybe vent fans would be a good addition. The emergency hatch and all the windows open, one is removed where the closet is.
