The idea for Live a Little originated during a 7-month cross country trip in our very first van build. This journey opened our eyes to what’s possible and ignited our desire to help others realize their dreams. We seek to provide a reliable, comfortable and self-sufficient method to experience what van living has to offer.

It’s our hope that we can turn what may feel like a far-off dream into an attainable reality. Our East coast location is centrally located between New York City and Boston. We’re ideally situated to access great Northeast destinations such as the Green Mountains of Vermont, the coast of Maine or historical Quebec City.

At Live a Little Vans, we’re driven by a passion to inspire others to break from their routines, set their sights high, and embark on new adventures. We specialize in custom van builds that are tailored to your unique vision and lifestyle.

Whether you’re an experienced traveler, weekend adventurer, or looking for a mobile retreat, we design and build vans that blend functionality, comfort, and style. Our team works closely with you to bring your ideas to life, offering innovative layouts, premium materials, and top-notch craftsmanship. From cozy sleeping areas and spacious lounges to fully-equipped kitchens and rugged exteriors, each van is designed to fuel your next adventure and create unforgettable moments on the open road.

We offer full custom van builds on Sprinter, ProMaster and Transit platforms. We also offer partial services and installation of parts and accessories.

How do I get started?

Contact us and we will set up a conversation to discuss your individual wants and needs. Every client is unique and we want your van to be all your own. While getting to know you, we’ll learn exactly how we can make that happen. Additionally, we want you to feel comfortable with us and the value we will provide.

What’s the process like?

We’ll start by outlining your project in order to establish a budget and time frame. In order to secure your position in our production schedule, we’ll request a deposit for materials. Once your van arrives, we’ll provide updates along the way and be in constant communication so that you’re involved in the process.

How much will it cost?

The big question… for a full build you should plan for $80k-$130k+ depending on the scope of your project. We use components that are tried and tested-they may not be the least expensive, but they’ll work. After all, this is your transportation and your home. You want to enjoy your time on the road, not worry about it.
