Who We Are

We’re a team of craftsmen, engineers, electricians, project managers, and IT nerds who have decades of experience designing and building retail fixtures for clients ranging from Costco to Skechers to F.A.O Schwarz. It was our shared passion for adventure, however–combined with our experience working with wood, plastic, and metal–that compelled us to create Limitless Van. We love van life and the way it brings people closer to nature and to each other. Whether you’ll be living out of your van or just want to “grab and go” on the weekends, we tailor each build to the style and needs of our clients.

All of our vans are designed and built in-house at our shop in North Bonneville, Washington. From cabinetry, to powder coating, to welding and finishes, we take pride in our commitment to quality craftsmanship. And as a small business, we find great joy in working closely with our clients. For us, the saying is true, “Come as strangers, leave as friends.”

Our layouts maximize usable space with versatile seating and sleeping options. Traveling solo or as a couple? Opt for an upholstered bench with storage. Bringing friends and family along? Choose a two passenger folding seat/bed that features Limitless Van’s exclusive rear swivel. Can’t decide? Make it modular by incorporating L-Track to easily interchange between the options!

What is your current lead time?

We are currently booking for early 2026. Please contact us for an estimated start date.

Are your builds fully customizable?

We have a few foundational components that stay the same with each van build, however, we offer a wide variety of options and design services to create a build that is custom to you.
We also offer a couple pre-existing floor plans that can be the launching point for your build. Both of these floor plans feature “flex space” that can be tailored to your needs, and each offers a wide variety of options and upgrades. (Heated floors? No problem! Modular bed system? We got you!) You’ll have a lot of fun selecting options and finishes to ultimately build a van that is unique to you.

How long does a van conversion take?

While build times vary based on complexity and scope, most builds take 12-18 weeks to complete.

How much does a van conversion cost?

Each build is unique, and total costs will range significantly based on the components chosen and the level of customization required. Most builds cost between $135,000 - $225,000, not including the price of the van. After you fill out a build form, we will reach out to you to set up a phone call. After this initial call, we can prepare a detailed estimate that is specific to your build.

Do you offer partial builds?

We typically complete full builds. However, we do offer a floor + seat installation package for those interested in our Limitless Van swivel seat base. Based on availability, we may also install other Limitless Van products like our roof rack and side ladder.
