There are very few companies I would genuinely say go above and beyond what is asked of them, but Van Life Customs is absolutely one of them.

Dustin and the entire team at Van Life Customs have been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, it was clear that they care deeply about their customers, their craftsmanship, and the overall experience they provide. Whether the scope of work is large or small, Dustin intentionally goes out of his way to help, answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure the customer feels taken care of.

One thing that really stood out to me is the level of communication. Dustin is constantly in and out of meetings and clearly has a very full schedule, but he still makes it a priority to respond when he is available. Even if that means playing phone tag or texting back in between everything else he has going on, he makes the effort. That kind of customer service is rare, especially in an industry where people are often making major investments into their vans and need to feel confident in who they are working with.

Where do I begin. The VLC crew is unbelievable. The work they did on my van, which started as a discreet removal project, turned into a custom build of my dreams. They were so easy to work with and so friendly and well priced and all the things you can ask from a team. They cared about the vision I had for my sprinter van as much as I did. They delivered ahead of every projected timeline. I was someone who would “never let someone else work on my van” but I immediately knew that VLC was right for me and my needs and they came through on every aspect. Dustin is unreal. Great communication, great price, and just excellent quality of work.
