Purchased in 2021, with 20,000 miles after only one owner. Converted in 2022 and used for extended road trips while only taking on 55,000 miles. It is now ready for its new owner who will enjoy it well into the future. The van has never sat unused. It has had regular routine maintenance at least twice a year with no issues or accidents.

The interior is complete with custom walnut lower cabinets, a rosewood countertop, mahogany accents and window trim. All cabinets have natural Baltic Birch interiors. The smaller of the two upper cabinet units can be removed for additional headroom should the buyer choose. Both painted and natural tongue-and-groove beadboard walls and a ceiling are solid 7/16th inch boards.

The layout comfortably accommodates two people with a passenger swivel seat. Custom-made cushions transform the Yeti cooler area into a comfortable lounge seat with backrest, and the fold-up design converts into a convenient bedside table or leg extension.

Wet bar style kitchenette has a sink with 12 volt water pump, additional recessed storage in the backsplash, and a 45 gallon Dometic fridge (12v set up but 110 compatible). Additional roomy storage under the bed with clearance for bike storage with front bike wheel removed.
